3. After the realisation of the payment made against the proforma invoice provided by our consultant, we make your order confirmed & proceed it further for shipping.

1. A payment gateway service would charge 2 to 5% extra fees over the total order value. This amount won’t be too much for most e-com businesses where the order value is low. However, on the BullrocK website, most orders are for a home gym or commercial where the order value is higher. e.g., if you are buying a set of equipment worth ₹100,000/, The payment gateway convenience fee would be around ₹2000 to ₹5000. To save that, we take payment to our current bank account.

But what if I want to pay via credit/debit card?
Yes, we can send you a payment gateway link on-demand to use options such as credit/debit cards, internet banking, UPI etc. In such a case, the payment gateway service charges would be paid by the buyer.

2. Automating the shipping fees to calculate accurately is too difficult to do and maintain. Because of many factors; hence we manually calculate the shipping fees and quote separately. Why so?

1. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouses, your account handler (the consultant you are connected with) will provide with you the Order Tracking Details, i.e. Tracking ID, Courier Partner’s Website link & Courier partner Company Name.
2. Just open the provided Website link & Paste the Tracking ID in the search box for the Consignment number. Hence, you will find the live status of your order in transit.

We ship your products via our network of courier partners. You can track your order status on the respective courier company website by using the tracking details provided by our team member.
