These Bumper Plates are made up of high-quality Natural Rubber composition that results in low bounce with better impact absorbing properties. The distinctive design includes a thicker raised flanges around the edge that facilitates a solid grip for easy & secure handling of plates. Also, the thinner profile of the plates enables you to load more plates over the bar. These Rubber Bumpers plates are manufactured with IWF Standard specification, i.e. 450mm in diameter & 50.4mm collar opening with steel ring insert which allows you smooth loading -unloading & keeps your plates firmly in place even during intense high-rep training.

These BullrocK plates are for dedicated Powerlifters who want Durable Calibrated Steel Plates, which are Aesthetically pleasing yet Economic.
These high-quality Cast-Iron Plates are Machine calibrated and have +/- 5 to 35 grams weight tolerance (please view the chart below). Each disc is cut thin designed to get more surface area on the bar allowing a maximum weight of up to 700 kgs to be loaded on the bar.
The Plates are shot blasted and finished in matt finish powder coat to increase durability. Attractive Powerlifting Olympic standard colours with bold and aesthetic letterings enable you to quickly identify the weights ranging from 0.25kg to 25kg. Also, the fractional plates allow you to make the smallest of jumps required for a strength progression plan. The plate features a 50.4mm center hole for a slinky fit on your barbell. Along with it, lipped circumference ensures a secure grip for safe disc handling, loading, and unloading.

Standard Full size Olympic Plates but with a much lighter weight allowing much easier transitions to heavier lifts with correct form using actual bumper plates. This enables beginners, kids, rehab athletes and form learners to practice their starting lift movements from the proper height off the ground.
Made up of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, these Technique Plates come in weights of 2.5kg and 5kg and standard 450mm diameter. It features raised lip around the circumference for an easy grip enabling anyone to load and unload comfortably. These plates are compatible with 50mm diameter barbells (Olympic bars) and are colour coded for easy identification.
Although made from durable hard plastics, technique plates are not meant to drop from shoulder height and above. For long-lasting performance, they should ideally be used indoors on rubber flooring.
